For design, if you have patterns or printing artwork, please send the AI or PDF or High-res files to us. If no pattern or printing artwork, just told my designers your idea and mind, then my designer could create that for your chooice. For solid color fabric, just tell us the pantone color number.
After getting your logo, we may use that to design the label artwork including the washing label, seam label and so on. And the packaging artwork together. After confirm the label quality and the packaging quality(customization paper wrap and box, fabric bag, etc). Then making the pre-production sample for our confirmation
According these three things, we offer a full pre-production sample and build a tech pack for your own style. Then we can start the production directly after you got and confirmed the sample.
Normally woven fabric is lower than jersey fabric.We typically hold a substantial stock to ensure rapid fulfillment of customer orders. . Normally 10~20 days.

When the fabric arrived in our factory, QC printing and fabric in first, in that time, we will parse the tech pack to each workshop and department. Normally 1~2 days.
Tailor room will cutting the fabric with pattern maker. Normally 3~5 days.

Pre-washing makes muslin softer, which is particularly important for baby products because soft fabrics are gentler and more comfortable on a baby’s skin.The pre-washing process enhances the absorbency of muslin fabric, making it more suitable for products like towels and baby swaddles that require good moisture absorption.
Workers sewing the fabric panel is very fast, and maybe there is extra threads, and something need fix. So the trimming is a QC checking and fixing. Normally 3~5 days.
Before the packaging, ironing make the clothing and product flat and tidy when packing. But please note, some product no need ironing like the muslin fabric and champray product. Normally 3~5 days.
In our company, the quality is first. So this examine will ensure the goods is prefect in before process. That’s why we need make more quantity than your order quantity. That can be instead of errors piece. Normally 1~2 days.
Workers will put the card to product then into customization packaging. Normally 3~5 days.
If there is foreign matter in fabric and packaging, the needle detectors will check out and return the goods to examine process. Normally 1~2 days.
Some brands have their own QC team or QC company in China. If you don’t have that, My company manager will be checing the goods again for QC. Normally 1~3 days.
The complete clothing and product will be put in the cartons which printing customization shipping mark. Normally 1~2 days.
If you have forwarder, you can let your forwarder contact us and ship the goods to your named place. If you don’t have forwarder, we can offer the express(UPS, DHL, FEDEX), air shipping and sea shipping too. Normally shipping need 35~40 days via sea shipping.
